They don't even deserve one star! I purchased over $100 and nothing fit so I sent it all back. And I sent it back on time based on the guidelines for returns. Only heard back once from customer service that I would get my money back. A confirmation email was supposed to be sent but I never heard from anyone again. Nothing was returned to me. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND AGAIN. DON'T WASTE TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I've been waiting for my refund for the past 3 weeks, I've written 3 emails two of which they have answered saying they will start the refund and nothing happens, third email and no response after 5 days. I already had a bad experience with them before I bought a bikini and the first day I used it the color washed out and I had to throw it away. Bikinis are totally overpriced, poor quality and the worse costumer service.

Total junk, bought as a just because gift for my girlfriend for the upcoming beach season. The package arrived and the items were torn and frayed. Quality is super poor. Please don't waste your money. If I could rate a zero star I would.

This company is a total scam. I have over 10 outgoing emails to customer service for a $300 order I place over a month ago now. All items were the wrong size and I went based on their sizing chart. I got 6 bikinis and I have returned every single last item. It's been 2 weeks since my return, no email, no refund, no response. I am pursuing action with my CC company but seriously what an embarrassment and shame. I know their swimsuits look nice but save yourself the money and hassle!

I purchased a top and bottom for a matching bikini.
They only sent the top. I had to email them and find out why we never got the bottom, They said it was now out of stock. I said well I dont need a top without the bottom and want to send the top back without their restocking fee. They said they would email me a shipping label. Never did. TERRIBLE customer service.

I know there are a ton of bad reviews about this site but honestly I love their kinis. I feel like they’re pretty awesome quality at a very good price. I also had a package stolen once and they responded within a day with a store credit so I was able to reorder them. the only things that I would keep in mind is using their size charts is essential (like the measurements are v accurate. you can’t just pick your normal size. and the sizing is also different for each style). also their colors can look a bit different on the site than real life so I usually look for the ones I want on their instagram first to see the colors! but definitely would recommend!!

Very bad customer service. Returned merchandise back on February 7, 2021. Received confirmation email from the customer service. Wrote couple times with a request to update the status on my refund, each time with promise from the customer service to take an action. Still waiting for my refund.
Only for this reason would not recommend this company.

Bathing suits are super duper cute but a little over priced for the quality. If you live outside of the US the shipping is a nightmare but they have good customer service so at least you’ll be in the loop. I would buy again just because of how cute the bikinis are but only if they’re on sale.

Worst company! I spend almost $280 Australian and they sent me the completely wrong order! I got someone else’s purchase order instead of mine and I live all the way in Australia so it already took ages to get here. Have emailed them and haven’t heard back what so ever! Absolute joke it can’t be that hard to pack an order properly if that’s your only job!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Completely ghosted on my purchase, never sent a confirmation email, never received a receipt, never received tracking, never heard back from their customer service. You can tell this is an amateur brand with just a large social following. Holy cow, never ever again. I still don’t know where anything is that I purchased.

Horrible customer service! They do not contact you back. They have all time in the world to post pictures on Instagram but can’t reply to a customer!

Their swimsuits are overpriced, cheap quality, and expensive. They only give you 2 weeks to return and you must pay for shipping as well. I sadly missed the deadline and they are willing to offer for an exchange or store credit, but even then don't be fooled by their whole Instagram. Their swimsuits are not worth the money. I read many people complain about not receiving their money back, so be sure to contact your bank and buy at your own risk.
